Babson College Lewis Initiative Talk On
'Competitive Advantage' |
|
Babson hosts the final interactive discussion in the "At
the End of the Day" Series sponsored by the Lewis
Initiative at Babson College on May 4, 6:00- 7:30 pm, in Olin
Hall.
The conversation entitled "Extreme
Competitive Advantage; Driving Business and Social Value
Throughout an Organization" will address how to create an
extreme competitive advantage in an organization committed to
both social and business value.
In an interview-style
format, Chairman and Founder Alan Lewis and President Vince
Cook will explain how they have created a culture at Grand
Circle Travel that adapts and thrives in response to changes
and challenges in a competitive marketplace. Hear how they
combine a relentless pursuit of extreme competitive advantage
and delivering unsurpassed value with an embedded social
mission to change people's lives.
This final session
will pull together the strategic alignment around people,
profit, purpose, and planet. Come prepared to drill down into
the strategy, execution, communication, and management
processes that have enabled Grand Circle Travel to succeed.
This event is free and open to the public.
Refreshments will be served following the discussion.
