"Networking for Working Women"

Women's Business Network (WBN) WBN invites you to join the tradition of women helping women in the workplace through our Three R's: Relationships, Resources, and Referrals.

You will connect with other women to build and nourish valuable personal and business relationships. You will share and expand resources. And as a result, referrals can often be a natural outcome.

A program of the Wellesley Chamber of Commerce, WBN is a forum where you can meet, collaborate with, and support other working women. Bring your business problems and find a solution. Bring your expertise and help other members. Most of all, bring your enthusiasm and discover the power of networking.

Networking opportunities:

Monthly networking and program meetings are held at the Wellesley College Club from September to June. Meetings are scheduled on the second Friday of the month. Most are breakfast meetings from 7:30-9:00am, with an occasional lunch meeting. Click here to view the 2009-2010 WBN Calendar.

. Networking Lunches: small, intimate networking.
. Business Forums: provide the opportunity to discuss specific business issues in small groups.
. After-hours Events: information, fun networking.
. WBN Book Club: reading selections and discussions as you build and strengthen relationships.

WBN Revolving Networking Program:

It’s time again for the Revolving Networking Program to start up for the 2009-2010 year.  Five times during the year, interested members will have the opportunity to meet in small groups (generally 5 people) for breakfast, lunch, dinner or another convenient time depending on the availability of the members in the group.  This networking program offers the chance to meet different WBN members and spend an enjoyable and relaxing time getting to know one another better.  At times during the year, the scheduled Friday breakfast meetings are difficult for people to make for one reason or another, many members take advantage of this networking opportunity as well.
